A popular Trip with Families, with couples and with those not wanting an “early start” to the day, focusing on relaxing and the leisure activities on offer.
Koh Khram and Koh Khram Noi are very pretty islands which are both under the care of the Royal Thai Navy, since they are “turtle sanctuaries” the public is not allowed to go ashore.
It is permitted to swim and snorkel in the waters around these two pristine and undeveloped islands.

Koh Ped is more often called “monkey island” and this is a popular spot for tourists, the monkeys will even swim out to the boat to be hand fed.
Guests may go ashore at Koh Ped to enjoy an “up close and personal” experience with the Monkeys, alternatively people can stay onboard and our crew will bring the boat so close to the beach that the monkeys can be fed directly from the boat.

The boat will leave from “Dock A” at Ocean Marina and then power outbound to be positioned above a fairly shallow reef in between to Koh Khram Noi and Koh Ped.
On this part of the trip fresh tropical fruit platters will be served.
Guests will be invited to try their hand at fishing for 30 minutes or so, at the guests choice any fish caught can be as “catch and release” or they may become “instant sashimi”.
Our crew will assist with the baiting of hooks and some help and instructions for anyone trying this for the first time.
Depending on the weather and the wind direction the boat will then move to Koh Ped or possibly go down the shipping channel to Haad Sai Kaew Beach – a nice bay for “in water” activities and the crew will assist all guests going into the water with Life Jackets and Snorkelling gear, the crew will launch Kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboards/SUP on request, for SUP the use of the provided safety leash as well as a life jacket is mandatory.
There is a smaller boat available, called a RIB, which will ferry passengers to and from the beach whenever requested.
The returning voyage will be around 18:00 – 18:30 and this will allow for nice “beach views and lights” to the east and most often also a lovely sunset view to the west – see the pictures in our gallery.
Being back at the marina before 19:00 allows guests to return to town in good time or have the chance to try one of the many great local seafood restaurants located on the beach areas close to the Marina, our staff will be pleased to help you make dinner arrangements on request. The restaurants will arrange a taxi to get you back to your hotel after dinner if required.

“Things to Bring” – Towel, Hat, Sunblock, Swimming Costume, loose comfortable clothes with long sleeves, a desire to relax and unwind – but dancing is still OK!
Maybe a “change of clothes” if you will go directly to dinner after the trip, you can shower and change clothes on the boat.

The Afternoon/Sunset tour cost includes:

All Entrance fees to Ocean Marina and to any Island or Beach destination.
Also included are drinking water, soft drinks, fruit, food for feeding the monkeys, tea and coffee on request, bait for fishing – or for just feeding to the fish!
Use of Kayaks, Stand Up Paddleboards, Snorkelling and water toys for kids and for the “young at heart”

Not Included but available on board are; Beer, Wine, Spirits, Snack foods and fresh beach towels, all are on request and at the prices displayed on the boat
In addition at Koh Ped there are usually local operators of smaller tours for “Jet Ski” and “Banana Boat” activities – our crew will help arrange these for our guests on request however the financial arrangements for these activities are between the guests and the local operator.
