Safety and Comfort

From when guests are boarding the boat until they are back ashore, all will be supervised by well experienced and fully qualified staff.

Life Jackets are available for all passengers and are mandatory for use by all passengers when they are enjoying “in water activities”.
Children are especially well catered for with correct size life jackets being available and suitable “water toys” for kids are provided.
When in the water Children are restricted to being kept close to the boat and always under the watchful eye of a dedicated crew member.
Our boats are exeptionally well designed by the highly qualified Naval Architects at Albatross Marine (link to their web site) and they are built at the high quality factory at AUSTHAI Marine (link to their web site).
Our boats have safety collision bulkheads, automatic bilge pump systems and they have two engines for full reliability – even with one engine not working our boats are still faster than most others!
Highest quality marine electronics are fitted including multiple Radio systems allowing for full and clear communications with all shore based safety and rescue services as well as to other ships and boats.
Our Captains and Engineers are all fully qualified and they have current licences.
After completing one safety check recently we were advised “you have the safest boat in the Marina” – by the government boat inspector – we are very proud of that high praise.

Regarding Comfort, before your trip and also on board our yachts.

We are the only charter boat operator in Pattaya that offers guests complimentary use of a “meeting point” a fully airconditioned departure lounge that is on site at the marina.
This “meeting point” is set up to allow our guests to arrive early if they wish to do so, to then be able to relax with a cool drink or a hot coffee, rather than to be left standing in the sunshine waiting for their cruise to begin.
Our guests who are waiting in the lounge will be advised when their tour is about to start and they will be escorted to the boat, it is a short walk of 250 Metres – but transport will be provided for anyone needing such assistance such as those with children or for the elderly.

Our Boats are “Smooth and Fast” when crossing the sea and the waves, often at two or even three times the speed of other similar sized charter boats.
The engines used in our boats are the best quality available, these are YANMAR marine diesel engines made in Japan.
With over 900HP available from these engines our boats are able to cruise very comfortably at around 17 Knots (about 31 kilometres per hour).
This higher speed travel also allows the boat to “plane” and to travel much more smoothly across the water.
This higher speed ensures a much better “travel experience” for our guests.
A “Smooth and Fast boat ride” experience, when travelling across the sea is far less likely to make a passenger feel unwell than the same journey being taken on a much slower boat – where it would be more like “Bumpy, Lumpy, Slow and being uncomfortable for a really long time”.

Our guests are not restricted to any particular seat or required to sit at any particular table.
There is a wide choice of seating areas available on our boats and guests are free to move around the boat during their trip.
The lower rear deck and inner cabin areas provide deeper shelter, often guests who get tired from the fun and activities will stretch out later and have a rest or even a nap in these cooler spaces.
The open “bow rider” front cockpit and deck area is fully shaded and offers guests a wonderful platform and a place to sit to “catch the breeze” when travelling.
The “upper deck” allows for panoramic views and a great “wind in your face” experience as well as the opportunity for the inevitable “selfies with the captain”.

On some occasions the rear section of this I upper deck area has become an impromptu dance floor – yes even in the mornings at 10.00! – sometimes our guests are having such good time they just do feel like dancing !
A complete galley (kitchen !!) is available on all our boats.
All drinking water and soft drinks are complimentary and unlimited while guests are on the boat, tea and coffee is available on request and is also free of charge.
Beer, Wine and a limited range of spirits are available on request, at prices displayed on the boat and as advised by the staff.
To ensure the personal comfort of our guests there are two toilets, one for male and one for female, we guarantee that these will always be clean and well ventilated.
